Terms and Conditions

Booking and Retainer: A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure event services and reserve the event date.

Payment Schedule: Remaining balances are due 7 -10 days prior to the event date. Services may be paused or withheld if the payments are not recieved on time.

Custom Design and Handmade Items: Due to the custom and handmade nature of event decor and painted items, slight variations may occur. Final products may differ slightly from inspiration images, sketches or mockups. Once the size and style of shoe has been finalized, all sales are final.

Client Approvals: Design concepts, color pallets, signage wording and custom details must be approved by the client prior to production. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees

Cancellations & Refunds: Retainers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work and reserved event dates. Payments made toward completed cutom items or purchased materials are also non-refundable.

Event Setup & Access: Client is responsible fore ensuring venue access during agreed setup times. Delays caused by venue restrictions or accessm limitations may result in additional labor charges.

Breakdown/Cleanup: Breakdown and post-event clwanup services are not included unless specifically listed in the selected package or agreed upon in writing.

Damage & Liability: Client assumes responsibiulity for damage caused to custom decor, signage, rentals or installaitons by guests, vendors or venue staff during the event.

Photograpy & Portfolio Use: The company reserves the right to photograph completed work and use event images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.

Force Majeure: The company is not responible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances byond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, emergencies, or acts of God.
