These were a recipe that my sister used to make. I LOVED them, but they were her claim to fame... I would love to pass the recipe, or one similar, on to you! Regular Beef Wellington is made with fillet mignon, these are made with ground beef, mushrooms, pate, and puff pastry, but can be adapted!
